Hi I'm Chirant Mahadev...

I am an innovative and creative high school student with a passion for technology. As a tech aficionado, I excel in coding and 3D modeling, bringing my ideas to life through 3D printing. Beyond tech, I am a focused and multitalented individual who enjoys archery, drawing, and playing ping pong. My diverse interests and skills reflect my dedication to learning and growing in multiple fields.

AI Hackathon

Organized and led an AI Hackathon for students to showcase the knowledge of problem solving,critical thinking using python coding, participated in team collaborations, developed innovative AI solutions,,colloborated with the peers and and developed an expertise in AI.

Tutoring

Led elementary school students in learning English and Math at an elementary school during the summers of 2023 and 2024 to improve their understanding and boost their confidence in these subjects.

Leadership

Research

Conducted research and wrote a research paper titled, "Impacts of AI in Player Profiling and Personalization in the gaming industry" under the able guidance of Dr.Monica Sava and Prof Kay. Submitted for publishing. Details of the research:

Explored how AI enables the Player Profiling and game Personalization.
Reviewed AI techniques like Clustering, Neural Networks, Reinforcement learning.
Discussed the ethical concerns around data collection and Potential addiction.
Awaiting to submit the Research Publication to JSR.

My Extracurricular Activities

National Archery 2024

I participated in the 2024 National Archery Schools Program National Tournament and IBO 3D Challenge, excelling in Nationals and State championships for my high school team.
I mentored friends in aiming techniques and mastered focus, concentration, discipline, and time management.

I achieved a 1st degree black belt in taekwondo after over 4 years of diligent training, refining techniques, and enhancing personal discipline.
This dedication fostered confidence and physical fitness.
I also actively participated in a leadership class, cultivating crucial leadership skills and advanced techniques.

JV and Varsity Tennis

I competed on the JV tennis team for a year before advancing to the Varsity Tennis Team.
Under my coach's guidance, I acquired valuable tennis skills, learned to handle failure, and committed to giving my best in every match with dedication and perseverance.
I also clinched both silver and gold medals in inter-school competitions.

Developed and programmed games in scratch, python, and java. Games such as Snake, Capture the flag, and shooters.
Developed and programmed games in the computer club.
Demonstrate the skills I learned from Scratch coding to learn Python, so I can create and program games with Python.
Assisted my classmates with any issues they had while coding their games.

Asian Culture Club

Explored different Customs and traditions of community gathering and cultural activities.
I learned how to make Origami and explored different Asian cultures.
Understand and actively participate in the customs and traditions of our community gatherings and cultural activities.

NHS

Participated in the annual events such as Blood drive and Bottle drive.
Cut passes for the blood drive event in 2024.
Participated in the Annual Bottle Drive event in 2023 for the Okemos community Food Pantry. Collected bottles and cans to recycle at Meijer, raising $25 in funds.
Distributed Bottle Drive fliers in my neighborhood in 2024.

Attained proficiency by reading, writing, and speaking Telugu for 3 years. Junior certificate in Telugu as a foreign language with the highest marks awarded by Potti Sreeramulu University in 2022.

Completed ECE Continuums Summer 2024 python course at UMICH under the guidance of Professor Rajesh Rao. Gained knowledge about python, and it's intricate syntax and it's libraries.

Completed the College of Innovation and Technology Scholars Program at the University of Michigan. Explored the world of tech through various tours and hand on experiences. Toured university of Michigan's facilities. Also took a trip to view fuel cell busses.

Sparrow Hospital

Coordinated the discharge process by ensuring smooth,safely,timely transition of patients to their designated rides.

Fund Raising

Successfully collected $25 through can collection and submitted at a nearby store and promptly submitted it to my NHS Coordinator.

Admin Role/Mentor

Creation of login details of the new students joining the class and Overseeing their Homework checking of students and answering students and parent Queries.

Volunteer at local events and soup kitchens.

Cooked beef stew and chicken burgers and served them to the homeless. Served food at Lansing Telugu association and distributed name tags throughout the event in 2022.
